Workflow Functions

Edit

Opens the Workflow window to edit the workflow:.

• General tab contains the workflow settings. Like name and Interval.

• Parameters tab contains the parameters to set for this workflow.

• Action script for ... tab contains the action scripts you can add for this workflow. .Action scripts are only available in workflow-templates from version 9, not in the pre-build workflows from prior versions.

Duplicate

When clicking this button, it prompts you the new workflow's unique name. After which it will make an exact copy of the selected workflow.

Export workflow

The back-end will export the selected workflow to a zip. Depending on your browser, this zip will be downloaded automatically or your browser will ask you what to do with it.

NOTE: Never change the name of such an export zip file, since it is needed to import it again.

Show log

Opens the Workflow Log window where you see the latest log-messages and you can download the log-files.

If the workflow has a Blacklist (list of files that cause errors, you can edit it here. But make sure to stop the workflow first!)

You can also enable or disable debug-log while it is running.

Remove

Removes the workflow permanently.

TIP: It is a good idea to "Export" (as a back-up) the workflow before removing it.
