Global Functions
Create new workflow
Opens the create workflow window where you have to specify the (unique) name of the workflow and choose which type of workflow you want to create.
• Workflow template – a RoboFlow version 9 type of workflow template which has basic functionalities. From which you can build the workflow from scratch using workflow action script functions. Find more information on the available workflow templates here.
Start/Stop all workflows
If the back-end workflows have not been started (or have been stopped), this button will read "Start workflow” and clicking will activate all workflows based on the settings of their "interval"
If the back-end workflows are running which is usually the case, this button will read "Stop all workflows" and clicking will request all workflows to stop (this can take from a couple of seconds to a couple of minutes)
Global Settings
Opens the Global parameters setup window where you specify the Cumulus Server and mail server information. This should be the first thing to do after installing RoboFlow.
Import workflow
Opens the Import window where you can select a workflow-export-zip created by RoboFlow to import.
TIP: After selecting the file, don't forget to click on "upload" right next to it.
Export all workflows
The back-end will export each individual workflow to a zip and zip those zips to a new zip. Depending on your browser, this zip will be downloaded automatically or your browser will ask you what to do with it.
NOTE: Never change the name of such an export zip file, since it is needed to import it again.
Refresh
The status of the workflows available from the RoboFlow back-end is not updated automatically in this web-interface!
Clicking Refresh loads the most recent information.
